Healthy benefits that milk gives you.

Milk is a very complete food because it is a source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and protein, which are essential for development and growth.
Drinking milk after sports helps the development of muscles. Throughout the training the muscle fibers lose glycogen, which is the main source of energy that our muscles have at the time of training, suffering, therefore, a significant muscle wasting. This muscle wasting must be replaced quickly to avoid, among other things, the loss of muscle mass. We can replace it with food that helps us recover through the correct supply of the necessary nutrients. Milk can be one of these foods, since it contains an infinity of nutrients.
For the elderly, milk is a very nutritious food because it provides energy, vitamins, minerals, helps hydrate and improve the body's defenses. Because of its potassium content it helps to control the pressure and prevent cardiovascular diseases. It is also a source of protein; Low protein intakes are associated with osteoporosis and increased risk of fractures.
